This site is the personal site of Mike and Marta.  Welcome...  The current things going on in our lives include mostly a bathroom remodel of our master bath as shown in the picture above and dealing with cats...

Unfortunately we lost Tasha recently to old age.  She was 19 1/2 years old when we had her put down.  She finally had a stroke and just was not able to find her food, bed and litter box so we decided it was time.

We also acquired two new kittens named Ashes and Sitka.  We got these cats from a very nice lady named Cheryl at Mike’s new employer.  Ashes is the grey tabby and that of course means that Sitka is the solid black beauty.  Ashes is the first male cat we have had and it has been a learning experience.  Find out more on some of the inside pages of our site.
